Arrowhead Charities has been formed to aid in animal health through community education and fundraising events for animal care in shelter, rescues and needy situations.
Our big events on May 20th, 2017 will be the:

Canine Carnival

These events will benefit the Washington County SPCA, Animal Rescue Foundation of Bartlesville (ARF) and Bark Park Buddies.

Doggie Dash:

Dog Walk – 8:30AM

5k – 9:00AM

Afternoon Dog Walk – 1:00PM

  • Event area/Packet pickup/Registration will be in the Cooper Dog Park parking lot.
  • 2400 SE Adams Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74006 (across from Lowe’s)

  • Register Online HERE
    • Online registration closes on May 7th, 2016
    • Need to be registered by May 7th to guarantee an Race shirt

  • Individual 5K Race
    • !!!!!!!NEW COURSE IN BARTLESVILLE!!!!!!!
    • Course will utilize Lee Lake path, Pathfinder parkway and Robinwood park.
    • There is 2 way traffic on pathfinder, lots of curve and very tight in places. VERY fun course
    • Due to insurance restriction and racer safety no pets will be allowed in the 5k
  • Dog Walk
    • Course will utilize Lee Lake path for a relaxed and exciting walk!
    • Registration is per person.
      • Zero to 3 pets per person

Awards:

  • Trophies will be given to the Top Male and Top Female in the 5K and the top 3 racers in each age and gender group will receive race metals.
  • 1-8, 9-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 30-34, 35-39…..70+ for women and 80+ for men

Parking:

  • Parking will be at the Lee Lake parking and the soccer field parking lots around Cooper Dog Park. Access from Adams Rd on the south side of the park or via Silver Lake on the West side.
  • Map to be added closer to the event

Shirts:

  • Participants in the 5k and Dog Walk will have the option to receive a very nice Softy t-shirt or a tank top!!!
  • Pictures to be added closer to the event

Canine Carnival:

8:00AM-3:00PM

  • Event area will be in the Cooper Dog Park parking lot.
  • 2400 SE Adams Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74006

Vendor Fair:

  • The Fair/Trade show area will have sponsors and vendors showing off and selling their goods. It will be the perfect place for the pet enthusiast to find that perfect gift for their pet

Food Court:

  • Local and regional food trucks keep your fueled and running all day.
  • Choose from your favorite fair foods a wagging day!!

Constume Contest:

  • Adult Costume Contest
    • Participation in the 5K or the Dog Walk is not required
      • Registration requires showing up with your ‘A game’
    • Contest will take place after the 5k awards ceremony
      • 10:30AM or once race awards are completed
    • Judging will be based on how fun, cute and awesome the costumes are. Groups can participate!
    • Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd
  • Kids Costume Contest
    • Participation in the 5K or the Dog Walk is not required
      • Registration requires showing up with your ‘A game’
    • Contest will take place after the 5k awards ceremony
      • 10:30AM or once race awards are completed
    • Judging will be based on how fun, cute and awesome the costumes are. Groups can participate!
    • Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd
  • Dog Costume Contest
    • Dogs only
    • Participation in the Dog Walk is not required
    • Judging will be based on how fun, cute and awesome the costume the pet is wearing- parents not judged.
    • Contest will take place after the 5k awards ceremony
      • 10:30AM or once race awards are completed
    • Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd
