We recently moved here and are so happy to have found this clinic. Doctors and staff are very kind , efficient and knowledgeable. I have a very nervous dog so they brought music into the room for her! Rooms are very sizable and clean. They also have two exits from waiting room in case the gets crowded. That’s a big deal. Another exceptional thing they provide is the ability to be able to text questions, ectcetera . The response times are exceptional. They talked price with us every step of the way and let us decide what we were comfortable with. But we didn't care we wanted to help our fur baby. I unfortunately had to put my senior dog to sleep today. I’m not a regular client nor has my dog ever been to this vet. I called the minute they opened about doing an emergency euthanasia. The woman who answered the phone was extremely compassionate and quick to get me setup with an appointment (it was also a Saturday). When I got there I was only waiting for about 2 minutes before they got us in a room. I believe the technicians name was Raylee and she was amazing. She offered to explain anything I had questions on, explained the entire process to me, was super sweet to my boy, and helped make one of the worst days of my life into an easier process. I believe the doctor was Dr. Knott and she was also super explanatory and both their calm demeanors helped me keep calm. I appreciate all the staff that came in to help with my baby. If I ever get another animal this will 100% be the vet I take them to.
